The Blue Zone

i think that the blue zones people tend to be some of the happiest people in the world. There's a lot of overlap between habits that lead to happiness and those that lead to health. Some Blue Zones are based on fulfilment, an e based on sort of meaning in your life. Others actually are based on going after goals and achieving those goals and making a lot of money. So i don't know, like, i can appreciate this stuff more now than i used to. It just doesn't seem to be, from what i can tell, the the most common, the beaten path. I really want to live my life for as long as possible because it is so much fun
