Go Digital is a LA based company without a physical headquarters that it says said to me, I spoke to its co-founders, Chief Strategy Officer, they told me that they may raise outside financing that could value the company at more than a billion dollars. They are a conglomerate, a mini Berkshire Hathaway style. Where they own a large library of music rights that makes up the bulk of the valuation. And then a hodgepodge of different companies, several of which they have bought out of bankruptcy in a variety of different verticals over the past few years. It would be quite far their biggest acquisition to date.
