Rent Prices Drop for the Third Straight Month
Rent.com, which specializes in rentals, stated back in March that US rent prices decreased 0.25% from January to February 2023. Boston is up 7.8%. Cincinnati 7.7, Providence 7.4. Kansas City 6.9 in Louisville 6.8.
