A Yearly, Quarterly and a Yearly Review

Ause: I rarely pause and reflect, which can be a bad thing. And i like to think that there's other people out there like me that have the shiny object sindrum or the forty three rowser tabs open. But if you give it the space to just do what it's good at, it's really great at figuring out complex problems. Ause says he has monthly review questions with his team of two employees. He uses these even when we do or day nights, reflecting on what's gone well in the last couple of weeks.
