Azure Cognitive Services, I think does really well is in the applied machine learning space. You have a very specific problem that a lot of people have and you don't necessarily know the exact techniques to solve this kind of a problem. The really nice thing about Cognitive Services is anomaly detection is an API call. So if you're a developer and you just need to make a call, it's right there, it's readily available. And it's intended for developers who are not necessarily domain experts in the machine learning topic.
