The Importance of Understanding Propaganda

First book, Propaganda and his second was titled Public Relations. He thought that the third Reich had given the concept of Propaganda a bad name. So he sought to rebrand it as Public Relations instead. That's a pretty high thought of propaganda. It's also pretty scary. I mean, somebody realized that it would be possible to control and regiment the public mind according to what they wanted to do. Without the public ever knowing. Right. But understanding Propaganda is important.
