In psalm 85 the lord says, righteousness will i send down out of heaven, and truth will i send forth out of the earth. And so no wonder, if their returning from exile, if scattered israel is beginning to beg thered home, how's that going to happen? It's going to happen because truth comes from the earth andrighteousness looks down from heaven. This is gathering israel on both sides of the vale.
