Most commonly, when we talk about vasory activity testing, in most cat labs, inhaled nitric oxide is used to for this challenge. But there is a decrease in the mean pulmonary pressure of greater than 20%. The case of someone starts at 50 and they go to 35, that criterion is fulfilled. If you meet all three of those criteria, then you're said to have a positive baso dilator response.
