How I Invested in Online Properties
In 2011, I started basically buying and starting from scratch. Just a bunch of small drop ship stores. And the first one I bought, I had no idea how to do it. He'd actually never bought anything either. So he told me to jump into it, try it out. It didn't have to do anything really. That average price point on that business was a baby furniture store. The sales started coming in. A few months later, probably four to five months later, I had made all my money back already.
