The Importance of Personality Profiles in the Hiring Process
Strategy is the art of staying one step ahead of having to be efficient. Some psychometric profiles are probably reasonably useful, but some have their limits. It's the Halo Effect again because I don't have 24 different opinions about you or even six different ones. And we fool ourselves by imagining that if I ask 24 questions, I have a lot of data that is somehow more impressive than if I ask one or two.
