Our culture is very addicted to stimulation. And there's something kind of scaring and exciting about t at the same time to the nervous system. We have to do some mind training a little bit to work with its sensitivity, its need for stimulation. Ask ourselves, is this helping me or hindering me? Just healthy for me? What do i actually want in my life, and why do i want it? Where does mine training begin then?
