2CR ratings is an emerging market specialist rating agency focused on Africa. It has offices in Johannesburg, Lagos, Nairobi, Dakar and Mauritius. Most of GCR's ratings are on local currency bond instruments rather than the dollar Euro bonds. US dollar's guest is the biggest risk for Africa according to 2CR chief executive Mick O'Neill.
