Carl Safina: I think the disillusionment arising from very visible examples of hypocrisy that people have seen maybe in their local church setting or in their denomination or on the news has struck to the heart. He says it is one of the big drivers in most recently in terms of people's disillusionment and pain around hypocrisy. Safina: The Bible acknowledges that we should expect immorality will abound.
