Are There Still Poor Kids in Harlem?

20 years ago, alice, hard to believe, but they were actually giving away the real estate in harlem because nobody wanted to live there. Now those same places ar going for a million dollars, and some of the rest of the stuff. If i could have raised a bunch of money to have bot buildings in hallem, i would have allowed those buildings to become places where our returning college grads could get their first starter apartments.
