The Latest Threats From Russian and Iranian State Sponsored Hackers
Lexmark released a firmware update for severe a severe vulnerability which led to remote code execution on more than a hundred printer models. The vulnerability is a server side request forgery in the guess what web services feature boy everybody's regretting putting those nice convenient web gooeys up so that you could manage your printer managing what manager Cisco equipment all these kind of things. They did say there was no evidence that the exploit was currently active in the wild but a proof of concept code has been published which means that it soon will be.
