It made me think that kind of a lot of the specific economic statistics that come out of poor countries should probably be treated with extreme skepticism. Do you have a view on that kind of debate about how reliable data is from the poorest 20% of countries? "It's a huge issue and we touched up on it earlier in the discussion," he says.
