Is the Material Universe Deterministic?

The current understanding is that the material universe is not deterministic, at least not at a micro level. If you could predict if you had a powerful enough computer, here I'm running issues too. Like to say before that guy was even born the way the universe was moving. It was going to happen that he would be born,. live his life, get to be 46 years old beyond that plane.
