The Beauty of Digital Transformation
You almost need a leadership team that's going to be okay with the fact that this never really ends. You can never set up a business model whereby we're going to change it over the next 18 months, and then take our foot off the accelerator for four or five years. That's not how life works in this space. What a real digital transformation does is it builds the muscle memory to keep getting better. But none of us has a crystal ball and who knows what technologies we are going to be talking about in five years, 10 years time.
