How to Deal With Anxiety

Anxiety is basically a high belief that bad things going to happen, i.e. lose my job or I wake sleep tonight. The more we ignore something, the bigger it becomes and the less you feel like you can cope with it. We don't tend to be worrying about a real problem because it's actually happening. And one of the ways to do that is to spend 15 minutes every day writing everything down. You get it all on paper and more often than not, that black and white exercise makes you see things in a different way.
