You can't say, I feel like you're a jerk. That's an opinion and that's not what we're doing. You've then transferred what you're talking about to the other person. All I can do is tell you how your actions and your decisions have affected me... Then ask you to change the way you're acting. What I've done in that is giving you the power to be powerful or not.
