Sally Kohn: Cities are looking for what is going to be the next thing to drive them forward. She says Richard Florida enters with a playbook on how cities can attract creative workers. Kohn: What this class does is they like in a magpie fashion, like collect culture and sell it. It's an authentic component of the city that cannot be exported, she says.
