How to Sign Binaries in CI on a Linux Machine

When code signing a notarization became like mandatory for Mac, I wrote this tool in Go called gone, geo and Go object notarization. If you don't sign it, nothing like it won't run at all on a Mac anymore. But if you don't notarize it, it also won't run unless you do some like control shift right click thing to it. So definitely a CI thing.
