Is It a Talent System or a Disadvantage?

Coaches are looking for a perfect storm of technical physical psych and social behaviors coming together. I wouldn't necessarily say there are things that would rule kids in or out based upon behaviors or characteristics. There's probably two things to consider one is it's just a marker of where they're at at the moment so if the kid you know gives the ball away as a center forward it's giving the ball away throws their arms up in the air blames everybody else. That's a negative sign of commitment versus the kid who runs back 30 40 hours to try and get it back but it's never as simple as that because there's often some some reasons behind their behavior.
