The Slow Recovery of Collagen From Training

In well-perfused nutrient-rich muscle this recovery process is quick and muscles hypertrophy much more quickly. Over a long period of time can result in a slight tendon hypertrophy but it's only recognized after many months or really years of training. In any case for the adult climber the road to stronger tendons is very slow but it can be steady with a dedicated schedule of appropriate training and adequate rest.
