This actually is a negative for your body composition because it can increase the risk of muscle loss and hormonal disturbance, right? Because you are still your body still thinks it's in a deficit. And what are we trying to do when we come out of a diet? We're trying to recover back to Homo stasis so we can get all the energy back,.We can get our hunger back down, we can get more sleep, reduce our stress.
