How to Be an Authentic Volunteer

A lot of people try to go down a checklist where you need hospital volunteering, shadowing, community volunteering and then at the end you're just the same as everyone else. I think later in the application process which is the interview phase when they're interviewing you they want to know that you're like an actual person you know right like you're not just like a robot. So dude it's like a real-life capture. They're like point out the things that aren't medical. You're like oh god I basically can't do that. Like this isn't on my checklist.
