I don't know what it is about Ryan Gosling. He just commands the screen and commands the scene. Peter Keshe, he's been at the top of his game for such a long time. I think there are very few people who have that kind of presence. There's barely any dialogue from Takeshi Kitano. The film has a very poetic quality to it.
