The Risks of Quitting a Pastor's Job

The risk of a pastor's own physical or mental well-being, if it gets bad enough to where it may be time to step away. I mean, Jim, you've had some health issues that by God's grace of you've been able to recover and work through those. And so there were, we're human beings, we're limited, we have a limited capacity. So I would say: A pastor who can't get out of bed every day is probably going to need help.
