Code Reviews

The toxicity or power struggles they are just you know coming up and I think also this slowness and this bottleneck. This is also organizational and it's just surfacing in code reviews right? People working silos they work very isolated they're not working as a team and then you tell them so now you use code reviews, obviously it's not working right because you're not used to show your code.
