Is This a Hoax?

Swan: How likely is it that this was all just a hoax ingo perpetrated, and nothing like this ever happened? swan: As someone working in psychic phenomena, ingo had a history of making what people might consider far out claims. swan: If you set aside ingo's idea that the supermarket woman was an alien, the other parts of his story fare better. The least believable part of the story for me was the alien woman in the supermarket.
