The Problem With Homelessness in the USA

The main cause of homelessness in the USA is poverty and anywhere around the world, it's poverty. Homeless people are not all dropouts or professional failures but they may be veterans who have difficulties adjusting to civilian life. The US needs about 7 million low cost accommodation units to remedy the housing crisis. Sometimes we imagine that homeless people made a choice to abandon everything and live it a carefree life - this isn't true.
