How to Archive Your Emails in Your Inbox

If you have email on your phone sync it with your Desktop and when you delete on your phone it deletes on your desktop. If I don't necessarily need it in my inbox anymore, but I want to make sure I find it very quickly like so for example the last Copy of my book in the digital format that email from my type center has a star Like I started that message and that's in the special star messages. Then those emails I archive and that enables me to have Always less than a hundred emails, but it's usually hovering around 50.
