I Love That You're Less Precious
For me, the revelation was basically that some things i thought were virtually possible to scale ind now i understand they're not rocket science. For example, when you're recruiting somebody and you have a principle that goes, if there seem to e like you have doubts, that doubt goes on the side of no. And such things as principles, they are not necessarily procedures, but you can have a few that sort of guide the entire operations. They can empower your folks make decisions without you as well much better.
