Film Review: Aeronauts vs Grays
In the aeronauts, it was flashing back with no obvious triggers to moments in the past. And even though those moments were a presentedin in a linear time line, it was so broke up and so delivered so late into the film that it really took away a lot of the emotion and connection that we felt to the protagonists. If it had been linear, or if the triggers had happened sooner,. we would have cared more about the characters. Verses, in amazing grace, they did a really good job of inserting the flashbacks in a way that felt natural, with triggers that also felt really natural.
