Leaders who are so ingrained in the lives of those that they lead, we can watch how unintentionally we're leading people to dependency. And i think when we lose it, and to ah, it's kind of like a er a symptom of burn out. So as much as i am relational, and i am very relational, my wife will probably tell you that iam too relational. But here's the thing, they need to see that i don't take myself too seriously. Bcause if i take myself tooseriously, they'll take me too seriously. Yeigye! yeigye!Yeigye! Yeigye!"
