How to Conserve Your Energy
I think with OCD and anxiety we want to tell ourselves no I'm not gonna go and do that thing because I'm not feeling right. It's my view that activities like these actual values the things that you really enjoy and that are really important to you. Mountain biking takes a lot of energy but on another level maybe on a more important level level it's giving me energy. Other things could be obviously managing your compulsions better or spending time with family can also give us energy.
