Bart's Prioritism in Romans 9 Verses 22-24

It's not Paul's intent in Romans 9 verses 22-24 to distinguish two camps of people, vessels of wrath and mercy. Yet the New Testament specialists might be surprised to see how Bart universalises vessels of wrath to mean all people in time and vessels of mercy to mean people in eternity. So these terms are instead added to the rectoric, switched in place of others to create a picture Paul has not painted. But there is more. Bart's treatment of that verse explicitly runs as he admits contrary to the plain meaning of the text. Quoting him.
