I love the analogy of the forest because we can get so hung up on our perceived failures or not being shiny enough. So to kind of shift the frame and think of it in more of a kind of compassionate lens, three more compassionate lenses we might look at a plant or a tree as it's beautiful. And actually I'd love to just touch on briefly the aspect of the meditative tree based practice that you have that you includebecause that is so beautiful. Could you talk a little bit about that?
