I think one of your lasting contributions not only from the book but the work that you've done since. Is this realization that that we were doing it wrong. I think our leadership has found out that it's cheaper and faster to send special operations in repeatedly and then pull them out versus sending a large organization. And they've never really trained well. They've just the we used to call it 1% does 99% of the work. Around the world and places we don't even know about it's never ending.
