Abu Ghraib was a notorious prison in which Saddam Hussein was known for torturing Iraqi citizens. When the United States gets there, they essentially take the prison and they refurbish it to house anyone that they sort of suspect or know of doing terrorist acts. But very quickly, as you said, like the holding of these prisoners becomes abusive,. It becomes barbaric. It becomes sadistic. And I don't know how, I don’t know how you could one, participate in these acts," he says.
