How to Handle Sexual Harassment at Work
If there's behavior that's unclear, if the person who's come to you says, I'm not sure, you can go to that person because it is your job as a manager to set team norms. If someone's been warned and this behavior recurs, you got to get rid of them. There's nothing more corrosive than a well-meaning manager turning a blind eye to these reports. That's what got us in the situation that we're in right now.
