i was pretty skinny kid. A, i was real skinny kid, scape order. I kept breaking my bones, this kind of thing. So i initially went to him, ah, because i want to get stronger. And he taught me that basically, the body has this amazing response system,. If you give it the proper stimulus, it will respond. For me, at first it was running cross country, and then i starte weight training. Those two things really taught me that there wasn't always a direct and linear relationship between effort and reward, effort and outcome. But physical fitness, it's about as good as it gets, right? You know, it's very hard.
