The Shroff Method and Pilates
Shroff method and Pilates. Many of us know Pilates a little bit better, right? We're thinking about core stability with some of the this core control. That's what I think a lot of people think of Pilates up. And even a more popular technique, they did a study looking at the at this Shroff Method. They use different like bolsters to like put under certain curves. It becomes very specific depending on if you have a thoracic or lumbar curve. Which again, that's where the power comes in because you start to consciously connect yourself more with that range of motion ourselves.
