How to Help Your Daughter Accept She Has ADHD

Raven has a 14 year old daughter who does not want to accept that she has ADHD. How can Raven help her daughter understand that this is alright? Some people have ADHD and sometimes she needs help. There is very little reason to actually label the same reason to really give it a label is if you need to get accommodation in school or they require a diagnosis that has a name otherwise I think it is more preferable to describe ADD.
