NBA Basketball Versus College Basketball

There seems to be a disconnect between like NBA basketball and college level basketball in the United States. I wonder if that sort of disagreement exists elsewhere around the world. There's a lot of really interesting differences around the world when it comes to basketball development. Americans are falling behind because America and Europe is like roughly the same size and population right so I think once you start opening the doors to multiple continents and you start saying hey we can just go, all of a sudden Pascal C. Ockham and Joelle and Bead come out of Africa.
