That's a combination of direct gaze, averting gaze, and closing one's eyes. The other thing that works quite well if people are experiencing eye fatigue from looking at screens up close may be to see someone's face when you first say hello. And I love how you make it simple for us to understand. So the things we can do in the moment or right before the moment of the anxiety, and then there are things we can doing to desensitize ourselves in advance.
