Letting Go of the Process

I'm on the let go of one is the urge o to jump in and do everything myself, although i i have actually worked on that quite a bit. And so having a little bit more trust in the team, that if they know where they're going, that they're capable enough of getting there. On the pick up side, i would say, a lot more focus on, you know, frankly, coaching them, which would be a new scil for me. I've really gained from times whena nager has stepped in, or knew when to step in,. In order to help protect the team in some way, and not let us go off the rails.
