What Does a Healthy Leader Look Like?
Leadership is complex, so it's much more than that as well, a bare minimum. We expect leaders to not only be supported, but also show us the way and inspire us. A leader is somebody that i consider to be a leader. You can have a leader who is on your level - you can have a peer or trusted colleague. But just because you're a manager doesn't make you automatically a leader.
