A lot of it is like just dread or even my depression symptoms to, you know, fall out depression. I think for me, when I got a lot of burnout from my own self inflicted schedule and when that happened, it really to me felt like I wasn't on top of the work I should have been doing. And something that for me came along with having kids when you're not getting enough sleep, right?
