How to Be a Successful Investor

The unemployment rate in America is 4.7% off its peak of 10% during October 2009. The 50 year average inflation number is 4.1%. And generally, by a clear margin, the greatest asset class to be in is equities when you're trying to fight and beat inflation. People wait until a market gets expensive to buy in. This does not make any any sense. There's no wisdom behind this. It's a terrible, terrible decision. So again, chart number 61 is about the fund flows. But today, it's just a very basic, simple introduction to the stock market to try and demystify the word stock market.
